Thank you very much for contacting with us for Car Rental Service. We provide both - Budget and Premium category Car Rental Services to our client. For better mutual understanding, healthy business relation and hassle free services, we follow norms for our Car Rental Services. Car / Bus Rental Terms & Conditions:

Your placing an order with us implies that you have understood and are in agreement with the following:

1. We accept car hire orders against full payment of estimated charges in advance applicable according to the car type you’ve selected.

2. We must receive information about the cancellation / change of duty atleast 36 hours in advance of reporting time. Failing this, we will bill the “Minimum charge” for the assigned vehicle.

3. Charges are calculated on hours used or kilometers driven, whichever is higher basis. The hours / kilometers driven will be measured on garage out-to-garage in basis. The minimum charge for any vehicle is equivalent to the charge of 10hrs/100kms – whichever is higher, as per rate of the vehicle assigned/ booked.

4. If the car is released and entered garage after 10:29 PM, a Night charge of INR 200 is applied. In case of Night stay, Driver(s) Food and Lodging allowance Rs. 700/- to Rs. 1000/- per night applicable, depending on the location.

5. Parking fees and toll tax, payable by customer directly as per actual.

6. For Wedding Purpose or/and Car decoration, please note that, Rs. 1000/- will be additionally charged on the car usage billing for Car polishing and cleaning, which is mandatory.

7. We do not accept passengers more than the maximum limit approved by Govt. per particular vehicle. 8. All our vehicles are chauffeur driven. Rates include cost of fuel.

9. Payment of total billing amount is due within 48 hours of duty completion. Rs. 100/- penalty will be added in every 24 hours, if payment is delayed.

10. Please do not carry any illegal item or/and don’t do any illegal act in the rented car.

11. Pets are not allowed in our car(s).

12. All our drivers are instructed to drive safely obeying traffic rules. Please do not request them to overtake or / and for rush driving.

13. Please use Hand sanitizers and alcohol based products very carefully and with safety measures. Do not spray any Perfume or Body spray when Car Air-conditioner is ON.

14. Our driver(s) are skilled and well experienced in driving car(s). But they may not know all the locations of India. Your kind cooperation in this regard is highly desired.

15. All the cars will be well sanitized and maintained.

16. We use all our cars in business purpose. Every car goes to different destinations everyday with different clients. Please do not leave or forget any of your valuable belongings in our car. We will not be responsible for anything missing.

17. Please maintain cleanliness and do not make our car(s) interior dirty. We may charge penalty Rs. 1200/- for interior cleaning with the car usage bill if you make our car dirty by vomiting or spitting or litter the car anyhow.

18. The assigned Car Registration Number and Driver’s Mobile number will be provided, 2 hours prior to the requested reporting time. If you do not receive Car Registration Number and Driver’s Mobile number 2 hours prior to the requested reporting time, please contact with Shuvra Sarkar, Phone: 9123610840, 9163780004.

19. Please do not pay Car Rental Bill directly to any driver without our written permission. We usually collect the payments through Bank transfers or/and A/C Payee Cheques only. However, in exceptions, we may send whatsapp/written/email allowing to pay directly to the driver.

(Please transfer the amount by IMPS for smooth and hassle free transaction before journey. If we do not receive the booking amount 24 hours before the duty, the order will be considered as cancelled.)
